A Single sheet insert prints on 100 lb gloss book or 80 lb matte text, both with aqueous coatings and is 4.75" x 4.75". A Double is 4.75" x 9.5" and folds to 4.75" x 4.75". The Double cover folds in half and slides into a standard CD case you provide. The back is optional and is a single sheet that drops in to the bottom of a standard CD case.
